
Growing up experiencing meat pies in my home country of New Zealand, then living in Australia and Great Britain eating various pies gave me great pleasure. After living in Switzerland for 12 years I decided to establish a pie company here. My passion for creating culinary dishes that friends and family have enjoyed over the years convinced me that gastronomy is where my heart is.

Doug hails from the US having grown up in Tennessee, he has over 20 years in gastronomy developing
recipes and running teams for well-established food chains Harris Teeter and Earth Fare.
Doug's knowledge and gastronomic acumen deliver a well-rounded individual who is perfectly suited to a business of our nature. Based on his early recipe development within Pie Tribe we are excited to announce his new pie launch coming January 2020.
