What are pies ?

A Pie has a savory or sweet filling encased in Pastry. Traditional to Great
Britain, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Canada. Mainly eaten hot and can serve as
a main meal with a salad or other side dishes.

Can I freeze my pies ?

Yes, we make our pies fresh daily for when we deliver or you pick
up. Choose the pies you wish to eat fresh and freeze the rest. You can keep pies frozen for
upto 6 months.

How do I store and heat my pies ?

You can keep pies in the refrigerator for upto 5-6 days. To reheat from the fridge or room temprature use a fan assisted oven @ 200c for 12 - 14 mins. From Frozen - Fan assisted oven 180c for 35 - 40 mins.

Where do your ingredients originate from ?

100% of our Beef, Pork and Chicken is from Switzerland.
Fish either orginates from the North Atlantic, Norway or the United Kingdom.
Vegetables are mainly from Switzerland, however due to sesonality we may use products
from other areas of Europe.

How long does it take to receive my pies after ordering ?

Once we receive your order normal delivery time is 3-5 days, however due to busy times it
may take a little longer of which we will inform you.

Delveries & Postal Delivery

When we deliver, the pies have been baked fresh, flash chilled and packed individually in
100% recycable cardboard boxes and placed in a carry bag.
We always try to contact you the day of delivery to confirm you will be home. If you are not home you can return our contact and request we leave in a convienient location
for you - For example, by your front door, post box or with a neighbour. For Postal Delivery we bake pies fresh and freeze solid over night and ship for express next
day delivery. Pies are packed individually and placed inside thermo lined delivery boxes.
